Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DiagnAuto's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DiagnAuto Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or through the platform.

2. Description of Services

DiagnAuto provides a cloud-based garage management platform including work order management, CRM, appointment scheduling, inventory tracking, billing, and AI-powered repair estimation. Features may vary by subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Canadian dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated. DiagnAuto reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Free Trial

At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Only one free trial is permitted per business.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DiagnAuto to violate applicable laws, upload malicious code, gain unauthorized access to the platform, resell access without our written consent, or submit false information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of the DiagnAuto platform are owned by DiagnAuto Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without express written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of DiagnAuto is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. You acknowledge that DiagnAuto may share or sell certain personal information to third parties as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

DiagnAuto is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated repair estimates are approximations only and should not be relied upon as definitive repair costs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiagnAuto Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. We may retain your data for up to 90 days following termination before permanent deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montréal, Québec.
